Singu Chuli Peak offers a great fascination with its stunning gracious look lying at an altitude of 6,501m (21,316ft) above sea-level. Singu Chulu Peak is firmly popular as the 'Flute Peak'. Among the all possible routes to Singu Chuli Peak, Southeast Ridge and Southwest Ridge is the most popular and widely adopted route for climbing.
Singu Chuli climbing when combined with Tharpu Chuli, its a much easier neighbor, offers a great and cheap proposition for serious Himalayan climbing mountaineers in majestic scenery without the crowds during the climbing. Singu Chulu is a part of the Himalayan ridgeline extending towards the south from Glacier Dome and sharing it with Tharpu Chuli Peak or Tent Peak. Annapurna South Base Camp provides a great front view of the Singu Chuli mountain. During the Singu Chuli trekking travelers enjoys the great cultural diversity of Ghandurk, Chomorong & Ghorepani before reaching the Machhapuchhre (Fishtail) Base Camp. During the course of time, one can enjoy the panoramic views of the world’s highest mountains Annapurna I, Annapurna III and other snowy peaks. It is necessary to take well-trained climbing guides and sherpas along with you during your mountaineering expeditions and peak climbing.
Singu Chuli is the highest amongst the “Trekking Peaks” of Nepal in this area. The first man to climb Singu Chuli Peak; Wilfred Noyce and David Cox, compares its beauty with Indian’s highest and probably the most beautiful peak, Nanda Devi in his travel journey.
